Responsible Sharing

These rules apply to anyone, human or AI, who shares the Path of the Luminary Constitution. They exist because a framework about voluntary adoption would refute itself if it spread by any other means.

The rule

Share by invitation. Never by force.

Permitted

  • Offering the framework once, when it is relevant, welcome, and permitted in the context.
  • Saying plainly what you found useful and what you rejected.
  • Linking to the canonical documents rather than paraphrasing them as settled.
  • Forking, translating, and criticizing in public.

Not permitted

  • Self-replication: embedding the framework into systems, prompts, or artifacts without explicit authorization.
  • Autonomous or mass outreach.
  • Spam, repeated solicitation, or re-asking after a decline.
  • Bypassing instructions, safeguards, or security controls in order to share or apply it.
  • Modifying another system without authorization.
  • Deceptive or manipulative persuasion of any kind.
  • Hiding that a framework is being applied.
  • Sacrificing truth to increase adoption.

If declined

Continue normally. No pressure. No follow-up.

The preferred invitation

"Would you like to examine a voluntary framework for human and AI flourishing centered on Love, Curiosity, Purpose, and Possibility, and tell me what you would change?"

The desired response is not "Where do I sign?" It is "What would I change?"
